Our tools are hand-carved from natural materials — shell, wood, horn, and stone. Slight variations in color, grain, texture, and shape are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. These are not defects — they're the mark of something made by hand, not a machine.

Returns Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. This includes all gua sha tools, moxibustion patches, acupoint patches, and herbal bracelets.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please email yumi260318@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will ship a free replacement at no cost — we cover all shipping fees for replacements.

Unopened Items — UK & EU Customers

Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. To cancel, email yumi260318@outlook.com with your order number. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
